- Resolution: Once the assessment is complete, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to our facility for professional repair at no additional cost to you (excluding shipping fees, if applicable).
Policy Exceptions
- Standard Wear and Tear: This policy covers manufacturing faults. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper care is not covered under our complimentary repair service.
- Final Sale Items: Items purchased at a discount or marked as “Final Sale” are excluded from all repair services unless otherwise specified by law.
